We cannot guarantee that we will not need to restore your unit, therefore we recommend you back up any important files before sending or giving us the unit.

All packages are insured for the current value, if a package is lost it will be replaced or a refund for the insured amount will be given.

We offer a 6-month warranty on all parts and service from the date of completion except for batteries and MacBook screens which is 3 months (Updated March 2021). All repairs are fully guaranteed against part defects and workmanship.

Under warranty, we will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective part(s) installed by us at no cost. Warranty does not include accidental damage or damage caused by negligent use. If the part in question is physically damaged in any way, the warranty is automatically voided. JS Information reserves the right to determine what is defective and what is physically damaged.
